THIS ARTICLE IS VITAL TO ALL MANKIND’S FUTURE, PLEASE
READ & SHARE! SUMMARY:
A ZDNet article
claimed that after the (Technological) Singularity,
(after the artificial intelligence they are deploying around the world
gets considerably smarter than humans), some 87 percent
of us humans would be in the “leisure class.” But the elite and the Illuminati
are not taking care of the poor and the average American
as it is now. Won’t increasing technology, automation and AI only
widen the gap between the “haves” and the “have nots?”
What is to become of the common man around the world?
Once computers and the AI get totally smarter than us humans
(unless we follow Elon Musk’s ideas and become cyborgs,
ourselves, and that will only be for the rich, right?) and
the truly affluent merge their minds with computer technology,
yes, this will very much indeed widen the gap in society.
Scared? You should be. The problem is not
much being addressed, and the whole change
badly needs to be better planned.

The Singularity: AI Technological Salvation?
Maybe, but it looks like the common man
is being left behind. What we do
about this as a society will define us, morally,
and may even seal our fate.

The Daily Walk with Love needs your charitable help. — I am the owner here, Paul, there is no other owner, and I must live on a minimum disability while I try to run this website. It has not been at all easy. Because we host a lot of videos here, our hosting (with GoDaddy’s server computers in Arizona) is at an elevated level. Therefore, hosting costs me about $100 per six months and in my current situation I simply cannot come up with that on my own. Any kind soul liking any of my content and wanting to help me should first send an email to Paul Evans, debianuser1925@gmail.com. I am also open to sponsorship or selling an interest in my website to you, or even a partnership. Thank you and God Bless you all!

The Daily Walk with Love, updated February, 16, 2018, by Paul Evans. Today’s topic seems to me to be of over-riding importance for the future of mankind, so I publish it fairly often; I apologize if you have already read it. If you just want to listen to some great music as you read this, consider Information Society: Land of the Blind (actually this is from a CD released in 2014, called “_hello world,”) which, however, starts with one of my very favorite songs, “Land of the Blind.” Ladies, I’m Paul, the owner here. As a blatant self-advertisement, I want to say that I am now 61 years old in Wooster, Ohio, “single and looking,” that I am a kind and gentle man (a nice guy), and would love to make a few new friends to chat with, at debianuser1925@gmail.com.

((As almost an aside, compared to the real, apparent danger the common man faces, going into the future, apparently, very realistic, intelligent and sexually functional “sex-bots” who can converse almost at the level of a human adult can be purchased from a mushrooming assortment of companies for $1,500 to $2,000, (or more), or even down to $500 if you would be content with a mere “sex doll” which would have a minimal robotic capability. Most of these are not just dolls but interact with their owners in almost human ways. I think the general term used is “sex-bot.” Yes, it’s gone that far.))

Let me just state again, that this article is not meant to be at all dissident, it is pointing out difficult problems in mankind’s immediate future, that aren’t currently being addressed and badly need to be.

Technology and the Common Man

Also see OK, Automation and Artificial Intelligence, In the name of God Don’t Forget Compassion for the Common Man, The Daily Walk with Love, January 24, 2018, by Paul Evans.

Let’s get to my fears about automation, artificially intelligent computers and robots, and what is to become of the common man as a result of these changes. First of all, a good introduction as to what the Singularity (or “technological Singularity”) exactly is, and what we can expect in our future is found here on The Daily Walk with Love in an article titled “The Singularity: What Is It and Should You Be Afraid?,” in which I wrote:

a very human looking sex robot named Samantha who is very hard to tell from 'the real thing'

Google’s chief engineer Ray Kurzweil is often cited as the primary originator of the theory of a Singularity, and has been one of the main popularizers of the concept. His book, “The Singularity Is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology” (Amazon, Kindle $13.99), is probably considered the Bible in terms of Singularity study, although since it is copyright 2005 it is of course hopelessly out of date. But I think it is considered still very relevant and is “where it all began.” Kurzweil believes that “by the 2030s, we will connect our neocortex, the part of our brain where we do our thinking, to the cloud” (of networked satellites). I believe he feels the Singularity itself will occur about 2029, and I have seen others who mentioned the year 2045. But it’s coming.

Perhaps one of the most “mind-blowing” articles I have read on the Singularity is “Humanity 2.0: The Unstoppability of Singularity, Collective Evolution, June 8, 2017, by Christine Horner. To speak frankly, www.disclosureproject.org, what is the role of any aliens or alien technology in all this? And, moreover, all this technology, all these changes to the human mind and the world about us associated with the technological Singularity, all this leaves out one salient problem, as I see it. This technology, these changes, they all COST one heck of a lot of money (because they involve a lot of high-powered, expensive technology). What is to become of the common man, the poor, the “lower 20 or 40 percent of us,” who are already left out in the cold.

Illuminati Conspiracy Theories
and the Fate of the Common Man

Because of people’s somewhat realistic fears about technological Singularity, various conspiracy theories have sprung up about the fate of the common man and what the Illuminati have planned. One of which is discussed in my previous article about the technological Singularity. Wouldn’t it be “convenient” if the poor just went away as a problem. Given the history of how the wealthiest elite and the Illuminati have treated the poor in the past, I am quite pessimistic for the future…. In just one city, Seattle, Washington, there are some 60 homeless encampents, some of which are “tent cities,” and some are just a family or two sleeping under overpasses. Some of the homeless from a tent city in Wooster, Ohio were shipped off to a FEMA camp in New York state. And the last time anyone did a count of them, there were 5.2 million “coffin liners” sitting outside some of these FEMA camps (Snopes verified). That may or may not be in case some virus gets lose that would make a LOT of people very sick. Or it may reflect more sinister plans. Makes a fella worry for the future, though. I am just asking, what happens when all unskilled labor jobs are filled by robots, who will do the jobs in question better and more cheaply?? What happens to the common man then? I want to make it clear that I honestly do not speak as any kind of a dissident; these are my genuine perceptions and I’m frankly scared about the future for the common man.

Watch The road to singularity | Technological singularity documentary 2017, YouTube — 24:00, and search through a list of videos at YouTube of a lot of documentary and tech videos on YouTube, from a search there for The Technological Singularity. As you will see, there a LOT of videos about this, and I imagine the hardcore tech world has gone ga ga about the whole idea and have put us on a course get us to that point and beyond as soon as possible. The whole process and all the techological changes badly need to be more planned. We must not make any assumptions (especially about the Singularity’s effects on society in general and the common man in particular). We have to carefully monitor (and probaly regulate) the whole process and we have to get it right. I honestly feel it is a matter of National Security and that humanity may not get a second chance.

See Elon Musk says humans must become cyborgs to stay relevant. Is he right?, The Guardian, February 15, 2017, by Olivia Solon: “Musk says he’s working on an injectable mesh-like ‘neural lace’ that fits on your brain to give it digital computing capabilities.” Well, they called the Wright Brothers crazy, and then they claimed that personal computers would never become popular. Many feel that AI is opening up hopeful pathways for mankind. But this future is scary and threatening to many of us. Technological Singularity is a concept and a coming reality I don’t believe most people were even aware of, but, to me, it’s a concept that goes beyond any sort of “Brave New World” sorts of ideas people have had in the past. As has been said a lot, “this changes everything.” A ZDNet article I read about half a year ago spoke of a future in which 87 percent of us lived in a leisure class, which seems incomprehensible to the average person now. But here we are, at the entrance to this brave new world of accelerating technological change. Let’s hope, pray and work hard for it to be a bright future for all mankind, and not just for a privileged few.

Did you know that the Walton family, who owns Wal*Mart, now owns 42 percent of the wealth of America, while the whole lower 40 percent of us own a tiny 0.3 percent of the wealth? Raising the minimum wage to $10 an hour, nationally would raise the price of an average set of purchases at Wal*Mart by 1.5 percent. The Democrats have been pushing for this for several years, and it’s time the Republican Party looked outside at the real world, at the poverty and suffering of it, and got on board to making this change in the minimum wage. It’s really not asking for a lot. But if the Illuminati and the super-rich are treating the poor so badly now, with technology the way it exists today, what is to become of us as humans merge their minds with computer technology and the rich purchase other expensive technology? If the common man is being “left behind” as it is now, wouldn’t the whole set of changes associated with the technological Singularity make it even worse for us? I’m not trying to cause anyone any trouble in any dissident way. I’m simply saying that this is a huge problem for society in terms of changes associated with this Singularity, automation and artificial intelligence: how to include the common man in it. There seems to be a general lack of planning, and no good way of dealing with these issues is being discussed in the media (or by Microsoft or the people in Silicon Valley), at all. This really must change. Some better planning, and a slowing down of these accelerating changes in technology is really badly necessary.
