by The Daily Walk with Love — OK, here among all the terrible news is a really big bright spot: Solar energy easily derived simply from quartz sand, mirrors, turbines and the sun: electricity in almost limitless amounts at much lower cost – the Saudi’s invested $109 billion in one day, while the U.S. lags Read More …

The New Age ~ 3rd Force

by The Daily Walk with Love — Welcome to the New Age, brought to us, actually, because of radioactivity, genetically modified food and pollution (insecticides and herbicides), all of which are changing the human genome. But the planets ARE aligning, too, the Age of Aquarius is dawning. Here we discuss ways the New Age is Read More …

A Few (New?) Ideas from Ancient Times

by The Daily Walk with Love — Over a 40-years long study of comparative religion, and a lot of talks with various pastors and lay persons, I’ve accumulated some ideas about “names” of deities I want to share with you. They are presented to you as explorations and ideas and hypotheses, not as fact, but Read More …

Miles Davis – Bags Groove (Full Album) 1957

Miles Davis is without doubt my favorite jazz trumpeter. My two favorite albums by him are Kind of Blue and perhaps today’s really cool bebop style jazz, Bag’s Groove, which features the xylophone. They are both superb examples of bebop, jazz, played with the jazz legends of their time and featuring Miles Davis on jazz trumpet. Rolling Stone named Kind of Blue among their “15 essential albums.” It dated from 1959 and Bags Groove was from a couple years earlier (1957). Read More …

MiXX: ENIGMA 2016 chillout

by The Daily Walk with Love — This is a superb chillout Enigma mix. I have a friend who loves working up electronic mixes of music on his laptop, and he is very good at that. He loves the ‘musical project’ Enigma so much that he actually legally changed his last name to Enigma. If Read More …

Mix: Dire Straits & Eric Clapton – Sultans Of Swing

This Mark Knopfler and Eric Clapton mix includes BB King, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd! This must be one of the hottest and coolest playlists on YouTube. Most people have heard of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, and even Eric Clapton still gets a lot of “airplay” with some of his songs. What about Mark Knopfler: WHAT, you say you’re TOO YOUNG, that you don’t know who Mark Knopfler is??? In the first place, he’s a Knight of the British Empire, but let me give you a little education (and some great music). Read More …

How to Live Longer, Healthier Lives

Eating a diet rich in 1) yogurt, 2) goat’s milk cheese, and 3) red wine was discovered in one of the old southern “Soviet” (Russian) Republics, to achieve longer, healthier lives, with many living to be over 100 years old. This was a scientific study with a fun, easy diet, so it would probably work for you. Read More …

Why Coronavirus, Big Deficits, Inequality, “Trickle Down,” Greed & Hyper-capitalism Soon will Lead Us Into Economic Collapse

REPUBLISHED WITH NEW CONTENT: All the signs of a deep crash have been there for well over two years. Here is strong evidence it will happen in the next two months, and what you need to do to prepare. We saw how bad it was in 2007-8 and did nothing but double-down on our debt and worse, out of pure greed. The reasons why a poorly conceived policy involving increasing inequality, rampant greed, moving jobs overseas, and those Republican catch-phrases “trickle-down” and “hyper-capitalism” as well as the tax policies which support this, as well as sociological factors, are leading America down a garden path which leads to a fool’s paradise of high stock prices, misery among the lower half of Americans, increasingly insupportable deficits, with 78 percent of us dying with an average debt of $61,000, will very soon lead to eventual economic collapse, if not in the next few weeks, then certainly sometime in mid-2020, and this should by now be becoming obvious, as now is frightenly the case with most economists. The average American now has $400 in savings, placing him or her one major unexpected expense away from possible homelessness. The very food supply itself is at risk, which means to me that now especially we must rally ’round President Trump. and give him bipartisan support, the economy may well implode within the next several months, and even the food supply may be threatened for the average American. In such a case, President Trump may well have to deploy the National Guard or even the Army. It is vital that we all support President Trump. Read More …

by The Daily Walk with Love — Hey Policy Makers: Listen Up! Some Notes for My Fundamentalist Christian Brothers and Sisters

Jesus gave us only two commandments: they were his life’s mission, that we would learn and follow these two simple rules — Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. People make such a complicated mess out of that. It’s pretty simple, really though: Help people and be kind to them when you can. Don’t hurt anyone if you can possibly help it, and don’t judge people. I think those messages from Jesus are straightforward in the Gospels. Read More …

Better, Alternative Drugs and Treatments for Major Illnesses

While Big Pharma is pushing drugs which aren’t effective, and often have terrible side effects, Dr. Spreen and the Health Sciences Institute are offering better alternative treatments for major types of illness, with no side effects and which have a very low risk of causing death. I certainly am not trying to step on Big Pharma’s toes with this. However, these treatments are available right now and could save countless thousands of lives. And there are plenty of “new” pharmaceuticals here to profit with, it’s a “win-win” scenario. It’s about time. You owe it to yourself and your family to read this. Read More …

How to Gain Much Better AI Deep Learning Across Full-System Upgrades

After over five years of study of AI (artificial intelligence) and with pushing aside some lingering paranoia about it all, which is fading pretty quickly, I believe I may have an idea which might contribute to deep learning abilities for virtual/voice assistants and even CPU’s over full system upgrades. Time for a Revolution in Politics? (A New Synthesis)

REVISED and UPDATED: Our fractured, failed efforts at healthcare reforms show, along with immigration reform and what has transpired in tax reform and our budgeting show that it’s time for
a third party in America. In the later first half of the 19th century, the Whigs were at the center of power. They ceased being relevant so they ceased having power and faded into political oblivion. Neither Democrats nor Republicans represent the hopes, dreams and needs of average Americans: kick them out! Even if we don’t gain much ground at first, we really have no other choice. Read More …

Rush 2112 full album

If you like hard rock, you already know about Rush, but may not have followed just how great the 2112 album is. It’s not heavy metal , it’s Rush, and always worth a listen. Rush is just three people,
Geddy Lee (bass, lead vocals, keyboards), Alex Lifeson (guitars, backing vocals) and Neil Peart (drums, percussion, lyrics). Now, alas, Rush is no more, having recently broken up. Hey Rush, your fans would sure like a reunion concert…. Read More …

Linux, Windows 10 & Artificial Intelligence (AI)

by The Daily Walk with Love — REVISED & UPDATED: Windows 10, advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics speak of a new and somewhat frightening “brave new world” but promise a lot for mankind, if used wisely. Understanding the Power of the Law of Attraction

One of the golden rules of the Law of Attraction is to focus on what you want, not consider much at all what you don’t want, a sort of positivism. Also, envision and contribute to building a better world: (practice the ethic of contribution). As Joel Osteen has said, “You don’t get success and then get happy, you get happy and then get success.” Read More …

Collective Soul – Live at Java Rockin’land

I first got to know the Collective Soul recording ‘Afterwards’ in 2009. Really, nothing has ‘spoken to me’ better since, this music really ‘reaches me,’ Particularly in terms of love, romance and my own hope to find that one true love, who has somehow eluded me, I had always hoped to just spend time with her, listening to music like this. The Doobie Brothers — Stampede

The Doobie Brothers Stampede is courtesy of YouTube
and Warner Brothers – I snapped this one up just as soon as it
came out in 1975 and have always been glad. Stampede is not
among the Doobies’ best known albums and is not packed with the hits
everyone knows, but it really rocks. The music really moves,
the rhythms are great, and there’s not a bad song in
the bunch. it is one of the very best sounding as well as
their roots-iest album, and I know you’ll love it! Read More …

David Crowder’s Illuminate & Christian Comparative Religion

REVISED AND UPDATED:The best theological thought I understand
of is explained here, with a cool playlist from the Christian
contemporary artist David Crowder based on the song
‘Revolutionary’ from the album Illuminate, with some ideas on Christian
comparative theology (religion). The basic idea is that
the same reality of Light as source of all
and most Holy pervades most religious thought.
In that sense the Egyptian sun god Ra, the Greco-Roman Apollo
and the Judeo-Christian God YWH represent the same reality,
which is discussed here. Read More …
