to Talk With? We’re Here
For the sake of those who thirst after righteousness
Or simply are overcome in loneliness
Please let me help you
The Daily Walk with Miracles, updated July 14, 2017, by Paul Evans. This is basically an enlargement and restatement of Cry Out to Jesus: Hope for the Addicted–A New Direction for The Daily Walk, The Daily Walk with Miracles, June 30, 2016, where I state my hope and wish that we could forget about judging each other, and escape this social matrix into a place which we alone build here, where we can truly “love our neighbours as ourselves.” Even failing that, a kind word is never mispoken. And you don’t have to be addicted to anything bad to be my friend, either. Video is JOEL OSTEEN 2016 – GRACE IS LOOKING FOR YOU – 26:10.
A lot of people are in bad situations and can’t help their addictions, like the terrible curse of heroin, which has destroyed me twice through people in my life I have loved, partly, (although I never tried it). So I speak as one who cares, and somebody who has sacrificed a lot in my past, and now seeks to make those efforts mean something, which I feel I can only do by continuing to offer my love and what minor help I can offer to the addicted in our society.
But it’s more than that: I have blogged on various websites I owned for 11 years now, and the more able we are to be a sort of One World, potentially, the lonelier is the reality of life on the web. I don’t think we are doing enough to stay in touch with each other or to be our brothers keeper. This strong conviction dovetails with The Amazing Faith of T.D. Jakes and God’s Call for Trying Harder, and has convinced me that I need to try harder to connect with people who are addicted or even just lonely here on the internet. So I am asking all of you, if you ever need a friend or someone who “gets it” to be a gentle, friendly voice, I’m here for you, just email me, Paul Evans at firstname.lastname@example.org. I thank God that he has given me this chance to have a ministry for “the rest of us,” that is, anyone at all lonely or in need of a little friendship or advice. Praise God, Amen.
