“Hard Labor:” Three Dog Night
The Best of Three Dog Night
(…with that rocker, Jeremiah)
In Appreciation of American Veterans
The Daily Walk with Miracles, February 24, 2015, by Paul Evans, courtesy of MyTunes LP3, ABC Dunhill Records and YouTube. Three Dog Night was one of the very “hottest” classic rock bands of the early- and mid-1970’s. Featured photograph of a “Triyang” is from the door of a Buddhist temple and comes from tha ancient yin-yang symbol and concept which is so central in Eastern thought.
Three Dog Night’s “Hard Labor” is a great collection including 12 “Billboard Top 100” hits. Three Dog Night were among my very favorite bands as a child. All the way through high school I never once heard another band come “on the air” with more pleasure than when it was these guys. Here is a link to their discography on Wikipedia. The main article at Wikipedia about Three Dog Night states:
Three Dog Night is an American rock band. They formed in 1967 with a line-up consisting of vocalists Danny Hutton, Cory Wells, and Chuck Negron. This lineup was soon augmented by Jimmy Greenspoon (keyboards), Joe Schermie (bass), Mike Allsup (guitar), and Floyd Sneed (drums). The band registered 21 Billboard Top 40 hits (with three hitting number one) between 1969 and 1975.
