— From the conclusion: …Our wealthy citizens
need to remember that their taxes are not really addressed
by this conception, and need not be increased, since
all three main concerns [a.) the health of the economy and
our wealthy, b.) the deficit and c.) the concerns
of the average American and also the poor] are addressed
by these ideas. I believe this hyper-capitalism
works for all Americans quite well.

A New, Leveraged Hyper-capitalist
Economic System for America

This is not Meant to be a Democrat’s Version
of Hyper-capitalism, nor a Republican one, but
A New Economic Model for America Which Works for Everyone

The Truthful Patriot’s Corner (Link to Home page and blog), October 14, 2020, by Paul Evans.

Hyper-capitalism totally works for the elite and the top 50 percent, income-wise, so they really need to get on board (as most are). However, the ways and means need to be “tweaked” just a little to take in associated concerns. In a hyper-capitalist economy, generally, the creation of capital and wealth hums along, so there are more jobs (and better jobs) for everyone. Historically, the poor have been hurt by this “trickle-down” sort of arrangement, but the big corporations (and the rich) must be induced (in various ways, including tax cuts), to invest in infra-structure and jobs, and to not just spend their profits on stocks. The stock market, it should be remembered, does just fine in the hyper-capitalistic economy.

Then there is the problem of the increased deficit: We should simply do as the Jewish people of the Old Testament did and have a Jubilee every 50 years. The super-rich need to be induced in various ways, including their patriotism for America, to support a periodic Jubilee. (After all, this basic system is what made the rich privileged to begin with.) Once a Jubilee becomes periodic, the “pain” to wealthy creditors is reduced. Moreover, this overall combination encourages an economy not so dependent on borrowing (because of the necessity of a periodic Jubilee).

The Jewish people actually had Jubilees three times in a row in Old Testament times, and it could even be worked into our Constitution as an amendment and turned into a national rite of sorts. In this kind of hyper-capitalist economy, the rich get richer, the deficit problem is handled, and it should be seen, the overall economy does well. (Imagine a yearly budget without 30 percent going to pay the interest on our debt.)

There should also be, depending on the unemployment rates, periodic stimulus relief targeted at the average American and the poor. The amount of the stimulus could be dependent on the unemployment rate, but I would think this would be at least annually, and not be dependent on the individual having more than a certain amount of earned income.

Our wealthy citizens need to remember that their taxes are not really addressed by this conception, and need not be increased, since all three main concerns [a.) the health of the economy and our wealthy, b.) the deficit and c.) the concerns of the average American and also the poor] are addressed by these ideas. I believe this hyper-capitalism works for all Americans quite well.
